I have both an OEM and 3rd party Gear S2 charger. They do work, but I find the watch back to be extremely warm, plus when you wake it on the charger it shows your charge % plus a message saying "Use Original Charger". I have ordered a spare S3 charger from Samsung just to play it safe.
